We all know that we should be drinking water every day to stay healthy, but do you know just how much?
Well, the HSE advise, that normally, you should drink at least six to eight glasses (about 1.2 litres) of water each day. Why not consider taking a refillable water bottle to work with you as part of your daily routine - then slipping from it during the day? If this becomes routine, you will find it easy to achieve your recommended intake and will probably feel the difference in your health.
