You can still book all our Pharmacy Services online or in store. To help us focus on these enhanced services, we have decided to end our Click & Collect service.

Are Pharmacy Services affected by this change?
No. This change does not affect Pharmacy Services. You can continue to book all of our Pharmacy Services, including common condition consultations and flu vaccinations online or in store.
Is Click & Collect still available?
No. Click & Collect ceased on 30 January 2026 and is no longer available.
What happens to Click & Collect orders placed on 30 January 2026?
All Click & Collect orders placed on 30 January 2026 will be fulfilled and delivered to your selected Life Pharmacy on or before 4 February 2026.
Is shopping in store still available?
You can still shop with us in store at any of our 103 Life Pharmacy locations nationwide, where our teams are always happy to help.
