Terms & Conditions

• The promoter of this competition is Life Pharmacy Ireland, as part of the Uniphar Group.
• The prize consists of a €1000 Kelly's Resort voucher.
• Requirements of entry include swiping your Life Loyalty card during a transaction in any participating Life Pharmacy at least once between 25 March and 26 May 2026. Customers within this category will subsequently receive a competition entry form link via email. The deadline for entries via this link is Friday 5 June 2026 at midnight.

Winner selection & notification

• The winner will be chosen at random before 12 June 2026. The winner will be notified by email - admin@lifepharmacy.ie.
• Winners must respond within 72 hours of the email being sent. Failure to respond within this time frame with result in an alternate winner being selected from all valid entries received.
• The prize will be sent via post within 30 days of the competition winner’s announcement.
• The prize is non-transferable & there is no cash alternative.
• The winner cannot have previously won a similar competition from Life Pharmacy in last 12 months.
• The information, including personal data, that participants submit to enter the competition, will be used by Life Pharmacy to contact the winner.
• Life Pharmacy retains sole discretion to withhold prizes without liability if in its view a winner is ineligible, the entry is invalid, or a winner does not meet the necessary requirements as set out in these terms and conditions. Life Pharmacy reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of its control.
