Our pharmacists can now administer a variety of prescription medications including Prolia injections in the pharmacy.

What is our injection service?

We know that many patients are having difficulty getting their regular prescribed injections administered at this time. Our pharmacists can now administer a variety of prescription medications including Prolia injections in the pharmacy.

All injections are administered by trained pharmacists in our consultation rooms.

How does the service work?

To avail of the service patients need to:

Be over 18 years of age

Have a valid prescription for the medication being administered

Not all medication is suitable for administration as part of this service. Please contact your local Life Pharmacy and the Pharmacist will be happy to discuss suitability with you.

There is a €25 administration charge for the service. This is in addition to the cost of the medication.

It is important that you continue to visit your doctor for any monitoring or scheduled reviews of your medication.
