We are shipping from Ireland
Free Delivery On Orders Over €75 Within Ireland
If you order before 2 pm Monday to Thursday you will receive your order the next day.
If you order Friday to Sunday you will receive your order on Tuesday.
During busier periods our deliveries may take 3-5 days.
There are some small product exceptions to this rule which can be found under the product description.
Free Click & Collect to Life Pharmacy
All orders to your local Life Pharmacy are delivered free of charge. You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection.
If you order before 2 pm Monday to Thursday you will receive your order the next day.

Courier Delivery
Our delivery partners DPD ( www.dpd.ie ) are responsible for the prompt delivery of your goods. You will receive a text message informing you of a 2-hour window wherein your package will be delivered. Please note that a DPD representative may need to contact the phone number you provided in order to obtain directions and complete delivery. Also, a signature is required to complete delivery.
*Currently we only deliver to the Republic of Ireland.
*Prescriptions are excluded from deliveries and courier service. Only applies to retail purchases made on the website.
Returns Policy
At Life Pharmacy we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and transparent returns process in line with Irish and EU consumer law.
1. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must inform us of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period by email or contact form.
- Once you’ve notified us, you have an additional 14 days to return the item(s).
2. Conditions for Returns
We accept returns provided:
- The item is returned within 28 days of delivery.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- You include your order number and reason for return.
We do not accept returns for:
- Medicine
- Perishable items (e.g. food and baby milk)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Earrings or intimate products (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty
- Items that show signs of use or damage caused after delivery
This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty, incorrect or damaged goods.
3. How to Return an Item
- Before you create your return, please contact us at service@lifepharmacy.ie with your order number.
- Please ensure to complete the returns documentation available to Download here. The invoice you receive with the order provides the reference required. Registered customers can also find a digital copy in their account area.
- To return the item(s), please use the Pickup Parcelshop service by our delivery partner DPD.
- DPD has over 600 collection points nationwide for your convenience.

- Please ensure your return is packaged and sealed with all the required documentation so we can verify and process it.
Note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
We do not currently accept online returns in any of our Pharmacy stores.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds will include:
- The full price paid for the product
We do not refund:
- Return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty)
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Cancelling an Order
Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes to it.
You can return any unwanted order as per the return guidelines listed above.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns Process

Returns for eligible products can be made within 14 days of the item being delivered. Please ensure to complete the returns documentation that is enclosed with your delivery or available to Download here. The invoice you receive with the order will provide you with the references required to fill out this documentation. Alternatively, registered customers can find a digital copy of the documentation in their account area.
To physically return the item(s) ordered to Life Pharmacy please use the Pickup Parcelshop service provided by our delivery partner DPD.
The cost of returning unwanted items is at your own expense.
The DPD Parcelshop service has over 600 collection points nationwide to make it easy for you to return an order.

Products returned outside the returns period
If you return any product outside of the returns period using our parcel pickup service, we reserve the right not to offer a refund, partial or in full.
Taking care of your order
Once you receive your ordered item(s) please inspect your purchases. Please be aware you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of the goods.
Please note that some products cannot be returned once opened.
The following items cannot be returned within the terms of our refund policy:
- Opened cosmetic products
- Pierced earrings
- Salin Plus Salt Therapy Device and filters
- Bodi-Tek Circulation Plus Active
- Electronic vouchers
- On Sale & End of line products.
- Baby formula
- Medicine
- Sexual health products
- Pregnancy Tests
- Medical devices such as Thermometers
Refunding your card
In the event that a refund is required, once we have processed your return we refund your card. Please allow 5-10 working days for your bank to process the refund.
Refunding Delivery & returns charges
Return charges will only be refunded providing the returned order is deemed as faulty. Returned item(s) will be refunded in full including delivery where customer has only ordered one item. Where the customer has ordered multiple items, delivery charge will not be refunded.
Promotional discounts & returns
All orders paid for using a promotional discount code or loyalty as part of the payment are applied at the line item level on order. Returned items will not be refunded any discounts applied.

Cancelling Your Order
Currently, there is no option to cancel your order. If you need to return an order you may use our returns process above within 14 days of receiving your order.
Delivery Update
Home Delivery –
If you place an order between Wednesday the 27th of December to Wednesday the 3rd of January your order may take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.
Click & Collect instore –
If you place an order between Thursday the 28th of December to Wednesday the 3rd of January your order may take 3 - 5 working days to arrive into your selected pharmacy. Store opening hours may vary over Christmas. Please check with your local chosen pharmacy.
